:Artist statement
My consistent theme is "antinomy", which is "Life and death""Holy and evil"etc... and "Shiyogyo-mujiyo".
It is buddhist terminology.(it means"Nothing is permanent"or "Everything is changing")
I think these theme are due to the hardship in my youth.
We don't know what breake our dayly life and we feel keenly powerless when we come up against thread of life. But Human beings don't lose hope as long as they breath.They struggle and search for solution.
My girls of pictures are often said "they have strong gaze even though the atomosphere is melancoly or dark"
I think that's why the girls lose their hope.
